1. Eligibility

To use Sunnat Nikah, you must:

• Be legally eligible for marriage under applicable laws.

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information.

• Register only for genuine matrimonial purposes.

• Maintain only one active account unless specifically approved by Sunnat Nikah.

2. Our Services

Sunnat Nikah provides two types of matrimonial services:

Online Self-Service Matrimony Platform

Registered users can create profiles, search for suitable matches, and communicate using the features available on the website.

Personalized Matchmaking Service

Our dedicated matchmaking team provides assisted matchmaking by recommending suitable profiles based on compatibility, preferences, and family requirements.

Profiles registered on the Online Self-Service Platform may also be considered for suitable matches under our Personalized Matchmaking Service where appropriate.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide truthful and updated information.

• Respect the privacy and dignity of all members.

• Use the platform only for lawful matrimonial purposes.

• Keep login credentials secure.

• Immediately report suspicious activity or fake profiles.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake or misleading profiles.

• Impersonate another person.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.

• Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

• Request money or conduct financial fraud.

• Copy, download, scrape, sell, or misuse member profiles or database information.

• Use automated bots, scripts, or scraping tools.

• Misuse the platform for advertising or commercial purposes.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The name Sunnat Nikah, its logo, trademark, website design, content, database, graphics, software, profile structure, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Sunnat Nikah.

No individual or organization may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or use any part of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of our name, trademark, logo, branding, or content may result in legal proceedings.

6. Membership & Payments

Paid memberships and Personalized Matchmaking Services are governed by our Refund Policy.

Purchasing a membership does not guarantee marriage, engagement, or a successful match.

Membership grants access to platform features and matchmaking assistance only.

7. Profile Verification

Sunnat Nikah may verify profiles whenever necessary. However, users remain solely responsible for independently verifying the identity, background, and suitability of any prospective match before making matrimonial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunnat Nikah provides a platform to facilitate matrimonial introductions.

We do not guarantee:

• Successful marriage.

• Compatibility between members.

• Accuracy of every profile submitted by users.

• Continuous uninterrupted availability of the platform.

Users interact with one another at their own discretion and responsibility.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions.

• Provides false information.

• Engages in fraud or scams.

• Misuses member information.

• Copies or steals profile data.

• Violates intellectual property rights.

• Damages the reputation or operation of Sunnat Nikah.

10. Legal Action

Sunnat Nikah follows a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, identity theft, profile theft, copyright infringement, trademark misuse, database copying, scraping, or unauthorized commercial use.

Any person or organization found violating these Terms may face immediate account termination and appropriate civil and/or criminal legal action under applicable laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of Sunnat Nikah shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
